Okay so orbs are SO easy lol
Here's the tutorial .
Your going to need this brush .
Step one: Double Click on your 'Background' layer & a windwos gonan pop up like This just click 'OK'
Step two: Image>Ajustments>Black & white .
Step three: Click on the 'BRUSH TOOL (B)' & select your orb brush, then set you settings like This & then just startt adding them where you want & it should look like This
